DELIVERY INFORMATION

We provide FREE shipping in the India Order Above Rs1100. FREE shipping will be applied automatically at checkout; no promotional code is needed. 

If an order is less than either above requirement, order shipping costs will apply and added at checkout. No adjustments to prior purchases. Offer is subject to change and/or end without notice. After your order has been placed, it will take 2-7 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Local sales tax will be charged on all orders at checkout in selected states, where applicable. 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 3 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Contact our customer service: help@sparkleclothing.store  with your return information,  and send your item back to us.  Sparkle Inc currently does not cover the cost of shipping for returns. Returns may be shipped using your carrier of choice. We strongly recommend requesting a tracking number and/or insurance on your shipment to ensure that we receive your package safely at our return facility, 

as we are not liable for items not received or damaged in transit. Sparkle Inc reserves the right to reject any return or exchange requests that fail to meet the above criteria.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify Customer Care within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. Simply contact our Customer Care: help@sparkleclothing.store Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the bag box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that original taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
